13th Edition of the Sagra del Timballo Teramano and Local Agri-Food Products

From July 28 to August 3, 2026, Floriano di Campli hosts the 13th edition of the Sagra del Timballo Teramano, one of the most representative dishes of the Abruzzo tradition. The undisputed stars are the very thin "scrippelle" that enclose a rich filling of ragù, meatballs, hard-boiled eggs, and cheese. Every evening, starting at 7:30 PM, the food stalls offer timballo along with other typical local agri-food products. The event is included in the book "Sagre d'Italia" by Slow Food Editore. The evenings are enlivened by traditional music, dancing, and a craft market, all in a covered area that allows you to enjoy the festival in any weather.
Sagra della Porchetta Italica di Campli

The 55th edition of the Sagra della Porchetta Italica, the oldest in Abruzzo, takes place in Campli from 18 to 23 August 2026. Founded in 1964, it is the largest Italian event dedicated to porchetta. For six days the historic center comes alive with food stalls where you can taste porchetta prepared according to local tradition, along with other Abruzzo specialties. Music, shows and entertainment complete the program, attracting thousands of visitors every year.
