On September 15, 2026, Altino will be crossed by the 1st stage of the 3rd Giro d'Abruzzo, an international professional cycling race, starting from Cupello and ending in Casalincontrada. The route will involve the S.P. 110 and part of Via Nazionale – S.S. 84, coming from Roccascalegna. The passage is expected from 1:30 PM until the end of the event (approximately 2:45 PM).
